Lead innovative architectural projects with AECOM Buildings + Places as a Senior Design Architect. This role offers remote/hybrid flexibility, allowing you to manage complex designs and client engagements. Based in the Greater Toronto Area, you will drive innovation and oversee intricate architectural projects. Your experience as a Registered Architect will be critical, as you work closely with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver industry-leading solutions. This position requires crafting exceptional designs from inception through completion while effectively managing client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire teams through innovative leadership and vision
- Develop groundbreaking designs setting industry benchmarks
- Manage project lifecycle ensuring coordination and quality
- Collaborate with teams on sustainable design solutions
- Maintain dialogue with regulatory bodies throughout projects
- University degree in Architecture and six years of OAA experience
- Preferred: ten years of OAA experience and industrial project work
- Proficient in REVIT, BIM, and Adobe Suite
- Strong communication and business development skills
- LEED certification is an asset
