Ribit is an AI-powered dealership traffic and activation platform helping automotive retailers generate appointments, reactivate customers, and drive measurable showroom traffic through intelligent outreach and automation.
We work with dealerships across North America and are growing rapidly. We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to help us scale implementation, campaign execution, dealer onboarding, and customer success.
This is not a coordinator role. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, moves quickly, solves problems independently, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Own dealership onboarding and implementation projects from kickoff to launch
- Serve as the primary point of contact for dealership clients throughout onboarding
- Lead client meetings and implementation calls with General Managers, GSMs, BDC Managers, and Dealer Principals
- Coordinate internal teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and communication
- Identify risks before they become problems and proactively drive solutions
- Work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Production teams
- Ensure campaign launches meet Ribit's quality standards
- Drive dealer adoption and long-term customer success
- Create and maintain implementation processes and documentation
- Continuously improve operational efficiency as the company scales
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of project management, implementation, customer success, or operations experience
- Automotive dealership or automotive technology experience strongly preferred
- Experience leading client-facing meetings and managing stakeholder expectations
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality
- Comfortable working with software platforms, data, integrations, and technical teams
- Self-motivated and highly accountable
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions independently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment
Bonus Points For
- Automotive SaaS experience
- CRM, dealership software, or marketing technology experience
- Experience with dealership operations, sales, BDC, or fixed operations
- Process improvement and operational scaling experience
- Experience working with remote teams

Compensation: Starting at $75,000 CAD annually , based on experience, automotive industry knowledge, leadership capabilities, and technical aptitude.
