Job Description
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labour Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. Professional designation (e.g., CPHR/SHRM) is preferred. [1]
- Experience: 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2–3 years managing labour relations inside a unionized manufacturing or industrial plant environment. []
- Knowledge: Deep familiarity with collective agreements, grievance handling, arbitration preparation, and industrial health and safety standards. [1, 4]
- Skills: Strong conflict resolution, active listening, negotiation, and cross-functional communication abilities. [1]
