Elevate client relationships as a Mobile Relationship Manager with Group Advantage at RBC in the Greater Toronto Region. Build profitable connections with corporate clients while delivering tailored retirement advice. This role is essential for the growth and retention of RBC’s Group Advantage commercial clients. As a sales professional, you will utilize your expertise in Employee Benefits and Group RRSP Plans to advise Sponsors on aligning their retirement programs with unique needs. You will actively identify cross-sell opportunities and offer support across RBC platforms. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and strengthen existing Sponsor relationships
• Conduct annual reviews to ensure program alignment
• Advocate for Group Advantage products among sales teams
• Provide tailored advice based on industry trends
• Organize community events to increase program visibility Requirements:
• RPA or CEBS designation; willing to attain RPA within 18 months
• Extensive knowledge of Employee Benefits and Group RRSP Plans
• Proven experience with C-suite clientele
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel 40-50% of the time Utilize your relationship-building skills and professional expertise to enhance RBC’s Group Advantage services.
