Powerline Construction Superintendent Role

Lead powerline construction projects with Ledcor as a Superintendent. Oversee daily operations, prioritize safety, and manage project schedules to ensure successful project delivery. As a Superintendent at Ledcor, you will guide project staff and take on key responsibilities for the smooth operation of construction processes. Your role demands strong leadership, safety adherence, and effective delegation of tasks to field staff and subcontractors, ensuring projects align with budget and timelines. Key Responsibilities:

• Hire and manage project staff in consultation with Project Manager
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Review and update construction schedules regularly
• Prepare change orders for project owner approval
• Manage subtrade safety and performance

Requirements:

• Certified Journeyperson Powerline Technician
• 15+ years in powerline construction, including 5+ as Superintendent
• Experience in industrial, oil & gas, or mining projects
• Strong understanding of construction document compliance
• Proven ability to manage project costs effectively
