Housekeeper Wanted - Housekeeper / Household Manager Needed. Cleaning, Organization & Childcare (Part Time With Full Time Potential).

Hiring: Home Cleaner / Household Manager / Nanny Position Details Starting pay: $20/hour (based on experience). This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate. We are seeking a reliable, organized, and proactive individual to assist in managing a private client’s household. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating clean, organized spaces and is comfortable helping care for children. This position will start as part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate. Primary Responsibilities Home Cleaning (Highest Priority)

• General house cleaning and tidying
• Washing dishes and maintaining a clean kitchen
• Thorough bathroom cleaning
• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting
• Laundry and folding clothes
• Taking out garbage and recycling
• Maintaining a consistently clean, sanitary, and welcoming home

Organization & Decluttering (Major Focus) A significant part of this role will involve helping organize and declutter the home. The ideal candidate:

• Enjoys organizing and creating functional living spaces
• Can sort, declutter, and reorganize closets, storage areas, cabinets, and rooms
• Helps establish and maintain organized systems throughout the home
• Takes initiative and has a keen eye for detail and efficiency

Outdoor & Property Care

• Light gardening and weeding
• Sweeping outdoor areas
• Watering plants
• General outdoor tidying and seasonal cleanup
• Other light outdoor household tasks as needed

Childcare / Nanny Duties

• Providing attentive and caring supervision for children
• Assisting with homework and school assignments
• Preparing simple snacks or meals when needed
• Engaging the children in age-appropriate activities
• Helping maintain routines and schedules
• Occasional assistance with school pick-up/drop-off is an asset (if applicable)

We’re Looking for Someone Who Is:

• Trustworthy, dependable, and punctual
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Detail-oriented with strong cleaning and organizational skills
• Patient, caring, and enjoys working with children
• Physically able to perform cleaning and light outdoor work
• Experienced in housekeeping, home management, nannying, or similar roles (preferred)

• Adhere to the home’s indoor shoe policy—outdoor shoes are not permitted inside the home
• Treat the home with the same level of care and respect as if it were their own
