The Associate Director - Data Science, Analytics & AI will build and lead the enterprise operational intelligence capability.

Mission

Establish and operate a single, trusted source of operational intelligence enabling fact‑based decision‑making, predictive and prescriptive insight, AI‑enabled performance improvement, and scalable analytics embedded into operational processes.

Core Requirements

• 15+ years in Data Science, Advanced Analytics, or AI‑led transformation
• Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations‑intensive environments
• Proven track record delivering measurable operational and financial impact
• Experience building and scaling analytics organizations
• Very good knowledge of English; French‑speaking work environment
