Senior Structural Engineer - Mass Timber Specialist

This role combines technical project leadership with business development, thought leadership, and industry outreach. While the position is based in one of our four West Coast offices, travel throughout the US and Canada will be part of the role. Your Impact

• Lead mass timber project teams from concept through construction

• Design complex mass timber structures including CLT, glulam, and hybrid systems

You'll Thrive Here If You Have

• 8+ years of experience, 5+ years of timber engineering experience
• PE or P.Eng.,SE preferred.
• Seismic design experience
• Advanced proficiency in ETABS, SAP, equivalent finite element software
• Advanced MS Excel and Intermediate MS Word
• Knowledge of mass timber systems
• A knack for leading teams and mentoring others
• Outstanding time management and financial management abilities
• Innovative mindset with ability to promote new ideas with sound business potential

Compensation

Estimated starting salary at $160,000 - $205,000 CAD + biannual profit share bonus potential ($120,00 - $150,000 USD)

This amount is an estimate. Salary will be commensurate with experience/skills and location.
