The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry, demonstrating expertise in kitchen management and food safety. As a Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional breakfast experiences through innovative menu planning, team management, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design creative menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to food safety standards.
• Maintain inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed while minimizing waste.
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest quality standards before serving.
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor kitchen performance, implementing improvements where necessary to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, ensuring compliance with health regulations.

Experience

• Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food service industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and restaurant management principles.
• Experience in team management, with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of culinary professionals.
• Familiarity with various cooking techniques, cuisines, and presentation styles.
• Excellent communication skills, with a focus on hospitality and customer service.
