Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble sandwiches according to customer specifications and company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen area, including food preparation surfaces and equipment.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and upselling menu items.
• Ensure compliance with food handling safety regulations and guidelines.
• Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

Skills

• Proficient in cash handling and cashiering procedures.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen sanitation protocols.
• Experience with food preparation techniques in a fast-paced environment.
