GTA East Territory Sales Manager Role

Explore a key sales management opportunity with Breakthru Beverage Canada as a Territory Sales Manager for the Greater Toronto Area East. This full-time position covers a dynamic territory, including Barrie, NewMarket, Markham, Scarborough, Whitby, Ajax, and Oshawa. You will be expected to plan and execute effective sales strategies while managing existing account volumes and distributions. Your ability to educate clients and conduct product tastings will enhance brand visibility in the market. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee territory coverage and execution of sales plans
  • Develop monthly planning strategies aimed at quota fulfillment
  • Strengthen relationships with ON and off-premise clients
  • Lead product training sessions and tastings for customers
  • Monitor competitive activity and provide recommendations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required as a minimum qualification
  • At least 3 years’ experience in FMCG sales
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and judgment skills
  • Proficient in communication and negotiation
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends and regulations
