Job Responsibility:
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented prep finisher spray painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have sufficient experience in spray painting. This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Duties
- sanding raw wood and mdf material
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding
- Mixing paint products
- Applying Primer, paint, varnish, or other finishes using spray equipment in spray booths.
- Utilize power tools and equipment safely and effectively during the painting process.
- properly maintain and clean all spraying equipment and other tools.
- Acting responsibly in terms of material use and minimizing waste.
- Communicate effectively with other manufacturing workers and team members
- Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Constantly maintaining a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
- having a high level of technical skills
- willing to learn
- having a very keen eye to find imperfections.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with other team members.
- Experience using various power tools safely in a paint booth or painting environment.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
