Engineering Pmo Manager Power Bi

Lead engineering reporting and Power BI systems within Sofina Canada, managing capital project information, AFE processes, and technical requirements. This data-driven role supports senior engineering leadership.Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Engineering, Environment, Maintenance and Reliability, the Manager oversees processes, reporting, and systems. The position supports Directors and cross-functional leaders while improving project management standards. It manages engineering data, capital project governance, and department reporting for senior stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
Manage engineering databases, reporting, and Power BI automationAdminister Sofina AFE submissions and approval processesProvide PMO governance for large strategic projectsDevelop engineering standards, specifications, and equipment librariesMaintain SharePoint standards and master data systemsRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technologySeven years of similar capacity experienceCross-functional leadership in complex stakeholder environmentsAdvanced Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and MS Project skillsPower BI dashboards and automated macro development proficiencyApply engineering management, Power BI, and capital project governance expertise to strengthen Sofina’s reporting and systems.
