FOP CONSULTANTS est à la recherche d’un RTE (Release Train Engineer) motivé à la réalisation de mandats. Les principales missions seraient de coordonner les équipes du train agile, animer les cérémonies SAFe, suivre l’avancement et les dépendances, lever les obstacles, communiquer avec les parties prenantes, soutenir l’amélioration continue et accompagner l’adoption de l’agilité à l’échelle.
RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES
- Faciliter la coordination entre les équipes du train agile.
- Animer et préparer les cérémonies SAFe, dont le PI Planning et le Scrum of Scrums.
- Suivre l’avancement des travaux et les dépendances entre équipes.
- Identifier, escalader et aider à lever les obstacles.
- Communiquer avec les parties prenantes et assurer la visibilité sur l’état d’avancement.
- Soutenir l’amélioration continue et les bonnes pratiques Lean-Agile.
- Accompagner les équipes et le management dans l’adoption de l’agilité à l’échelle.
PROFIL RECHERCHÉ
- Diplôme universitaire en informatique, gestion ou toutes disciplines connexes.
- Minimum dix (10) années d’expérience en technologie de l’information
- Huit (08) à quinze (15) années d’expérience comme RTE.
- Expérience avec l’un des cadre suivants : Scrum, Kanban, Lean, DSDM, SAFe, Nexus.
- Expérience avec l’un des outils suivants : Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence.
- Détenir l’une des certifications suivantes: SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), SAFe Agilist DevOps (SAA), SAFe Architect (ARCH), SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC).
- Expérience dans les organismes publics ou privés du Canada.
- Langue : Français et Anglais
