Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pega Smart Dispute Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Pega development with a solid focus on Pega Smart Dispute

What You will do

• Design, develop, and implement Pega Smart Dispute solutions. This includes designing data models, workflows, and user interfaces.
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems and ensure seamless data exchange.
• Conduct unit testing and assist with system and integration testing, ensuring the solution works as expected.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and support for the Pega Smart Dispute application. This includes fixing and resolving issues as they arise.
• Document design decisions, configuration, and code for future reference and solving them.
• Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and other developers to ensure the solution meets business requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Pega technologies and standard processes, and suggest improvements to existing solutions

What you bring to the role

• Demonstrated ability in Pega development.
• Good experience with Pega Smart Dispute.
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or higher.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Superb communication and teamwork skills.

Working Arrangements

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in our Client's office in Toronto, ON.
