Financial Advisor, Investments

As a full-time Financial Advisor, Investments in Midale, you will be responsible for understanding the financial goals of your assigned portfolio of members and supporting their achievement. This includes the offering and fulfillment of financial services and products. As part of this role, you will specialize in all things investments, including mutual funds.

How you'll spend your time:
- Proactively identify members financial goals and provide advice and solutions to support their achievement
- Provide account, investment and lending products, within scope of position, to meet member needs:
- Memberships and accounts including lines of credit
- Consumer investment products (excluding mutual funds)
- Non-complex consumer lending products

The experience you'll bring:
-2 to 3 years of Financial Industry Experience in an Advisory Capacity
- Actively registered to sell Mutual Fund Products
- Experience in a Sales position is considered an asset
- Experience in portfolio management
- Completion of or working towards the Financial Planner and Personal Financial Services Advice designations
- Investment Funds in Canada (IFIC) or Canadian Securities Course (CSC) license is required
