FOUNDING TECH RECRUITER (FREELANCE) ABOUT PRAGMATIKE Pragmatike is on a mission to help early-stage startups, and scaelups — win the talent war and build exceptional tech teams. ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a Founding Tech Recruiter to build out our team as we embark on our next phase of growth. Someone smart — connected to the tech world — that moves, operates fast and efficiently — a superstar, a pirate. You'll operate as a strategic partner in the heart of the startup ecosystem, pioneering how we find, attract, and engage the world’s best talent. WHY THIS ROLE IS DIFFERENT - Shape the future of tech hiring: Engage directly with the startup and tech talent community, and become a visible advocate for Pragmatike. - Zero-to-one impact: Design the recruiting systems, processes, and standards from scratch, and partner with product and engineering to refine our hiring approach.
