Our client is looking for a Family Law Lawyer to support clients in various family legal matters. This position involves courtroom representation, managing legal issues, and providing practical advice. You will work collaboratively within a professional team and play a vital role in clients' family law resolutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advocate for clients at the Ontario Court of Justice
• Manage trials, hearings, and legal conferences
• Oversee divorce and parenting legal matters
• Participate in mediation discussions and processes
• Keep comprehensive and accurate case files
Requirements:
• Good standing member of Law Society of Ontario
• 2–5 years’ experience in family law
• Strong courtroom presence and independence
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Fluent communication skills in English
