Consultant(e) associé(e) et statisticien(ne) -- Associate Consultant & Statistician, Statistics and Psychometrics, Patient Centered Solutions (PCS)

IQVIA seeks an Associate Consultant and Statistician for its Patient Centered Solutions team to support statistical and psychometric analyses in clinical development and regulatory submissions. The role involves contributing to project deliverables, conducting analyses, and interpreting results for diverse audiences across the life sciences sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop statistical and psychometric analysis plans and result templates; perform analyses using SAS, R, and Mplus
• Interpret findings and author statistical, psychometric, and technical reports with result summaries and presentations
• Participate in internal meetings and client engagements to communicate analyses to multidisciplinary audiences
• Support business development activities and proposal writing
• Contribute to team development by reviewing publications and supporting methodology training and discussions

Requirements

• Master's degree in biostatistics, psychometrics, outcomes research, mathematics, epidemiology, public health, pharmacy, or related field plus 1 year relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree in biostatistics, psychometrics, outcomes research, mathematics, epidemiology, public health, pharmacy, or related field plus 2 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in statistical software such as SAS, R, or Mplus
• Knowledge of clinical trial statistical methods and psychometric analysis approaches
• Strong analytical skills with fluent English and excellent written and oral communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and enterprise project management tools
• Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills in virtual environments
