Alcor Solutions is seeking to hire a Service Now Technical Consultant with robust hands‑on expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM), CRM, or Sales & Order Management (SOM). The ideal candidate will possess deep technical knowledge of the Service Now platform, a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable solutions, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective Service Now implementations. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, and implement Service Now solutions with a focus on CSM, CRM, and/or SOM. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical solutions. Configure and customize Service Now applications, workflows, integrations, and automation capabilities. Develop and maintain custom applications, scripts, UI components, business rules, and integrations. Participate in solution architecture discussions and recommend best practices aligned with Service Now standards. Support data migration, testing, deployment, and post‑production activities. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Service Now setting. Create technical documentation, design specifications, and knowledge transfer materials. Mentor junior developers and contribute to platform governance and development standards. Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands‑on Service Now development and implementation experience. Strong experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) and/or CRM/SOM modules. Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management (CIS‑CSM) certification. Solid knowledge of Service Now platform capabilities, scripting, workflows, integrations, and API development. Experience with Java Script, REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, Flow Designer, and Service Portal. Ability to design scalable and maintainable Service Now solutions. Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications

Additional Service Now certifications are a plus. Experience working in enterprise‑scale Service Now environments. Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies. Experience integrating Service Now with third‑party business applications.
