PARTS COUNTER PERSON

This position starts at $19/hr and is negotiable based on experience!

Job Duties:  

• Aid customers in part selection with top-quality service.  
• Manage phone inquiries, provide quotes, and take orders.  
• Ensure consistent order follow-up and accurate paperwork.  
• Process retail payments and promptly address customer concerns.  
• Organize and stock items, maintaining inventory and safety.  
• Collaborate within the team, assisting with various tasks.  
• Maintain a high Customer Service Index with the Service department.  
• Other duties as assigned by the Parts Manager  

Successful Candidates Possess:  

• Retail and/or automotive experience.  
• Ability to lift, lower, hold and carry light to heavy loads.  
• Experience using CDK considered an asset  
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude  
• Strong verbal communication and writing skills  
• Organized with a strong attention to detail  
• Ability to follow set and standard procedures  
• Basic computer skills and a comfort with learning new software and systems  
• Must have a G Class Driver’s License and clean drivers abstract   
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and technical/mechanical repairs
