Live out male caregiver for a 94 year old male

I am looking for a compassionate and dependable live-in caregiver to support my 94-year-old uncle in Toronto during the overnight hours. This is a part-time senior care position, with shifts required every night of the week, and an expected workload of approximately 30–40 hours per week. Preferred start date is September 1, 2026. My uncle has experienced numerous falls and has paralysis in his right hand and arm, so he needs steady assistance with mobility and transfers. He can feed himself, but he does require general support and supervision overnight. Experience caring for seniors with paralysis, arthritis, hearing impairment, and incontinence is very important. Responsibilities will include helping with bathing, dressing and grooming, toileting, bed baths, lifts and transfers, range of motion exercises, and assistance with walking. The caregiver will also be expected to help with light household duties such as laundry, vacuuming, hand washing dishes, cleaning the bathroom, grocery shopping, and meal planning/preparation. Escorting to appointments may also be needed. Use of your own car is required, although a driver’s license is not specifically required for the position. A male caregiver is preferred. We are looking for someone kind, respectful, patient, and attentive, who can provide safe overnight care and companionship. Please note that I live in BC while my uncle is in Toronto.
