- Craft and oversee product innovation strategies from ideation to market
- Research and identify emerging trends in P&C insurance
- Implement customer-centric initiatives to enhance retention
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration for innovation support
- Evaluate pilot programs to inform product iterations
- Over 10 years in property and casualty insurance
- Experience and success in managing product development
- Proven people management experience
- Relevant degree with MBA or actuarial credentials a plus
- Solid understanding of analytics and market dynamics
