Salary or Pay Band:  Pay Band Emergency Medical Technician Coordinator $32.302 to $39.497

Travel Required: No

Job : Accountable for day-to-day coordinating, planning, general logistics, operations and delivery of Emergency Medical Services in community in adherence Saskatchewan Ambulance Act and Regulations and organization policies, procedures and protocols. "Preference for this position will be given to HSAS members in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement"

Experience
- Two (2) years experience as a Paramedic
Licenses
- Valid Class 4 driver's license

- Intermediate - Computer skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Supervisory skills
Knowledge and Abilities
- Demonstrates flexibility by adjusting workload to accommodate client needs.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of EMS Practitioners legislation/protocols/scope of practice
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiar with the SK Ministry of Health Ambulance Information System.
Other Information
- Experience coordinating, and facilitating adult education is an asset.
- May be eligible for Recruitment and/or Retention Incentives
- Be physically fit and able to perform duties as outlined
- Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan College of Paramedics at PCP/EMT level
