Manager of Machine Learning Engineering at Autodesk

Take charge of ML engineering at Autodesk as the Manager for the Model Delivery team. This unique role fuses leadership with technical expertise to enhance ML-powered features in diverse applications. As the Manager of Machine Learning Engineering, you’ll supervise a dynamic team focused on operational excellence for analytics and ML systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support production releases, develop observability practices, and improve feature performance. Your engagement in research and platform collaboration will ensure best practices in ML service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of ML engineers
- Enhance model performance based on analytics
- Oversee CI/CD and production release processes
- Implement on-call and monitoring practices
- Develop evaluation frameworks for ML quality assurance
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in engineering or related field
- Solid background in software systems with ML experience
- Experience leading technical teams and projects
- Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
