Lead International Division FP&A and capital investment at Top Aces in Dorval, applying forecasting and financial analysis expertise. This is a full-time opportunity.The Director supports financial planning and analysis across Top Aces’ International Division. Responsibilities include annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, five-year strategic planning, and business performance analysis. The position also supports profitability and efficiency initiatives through project financial support, ROI analysis, and KPI development.Key Responsibilities:
Own annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and five-year strategic planningDevelop P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecastsLead scenario, sensitivity, risk, and opportunity analysesOversee capex and inventory financial managementPresent management accounts, dashboards, and reports to leadershipRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or comparable business fieldCPA and/or MBA preferredTen to fifteen years of relevant experienceExpertise in data analysis and reportingLevel II clearance and Canadian Controlled Goods access eligibilityBring strategic thinking, financial leadership, and detailed analysis to Top Aces’ International Division in Dorval.
