Job Description Home childcare provider for child on casual, part time or full time basis. Provide care for the well-being, physical and social development of child and assist caregivers with childcare when needed. Provider will provide care primarily in our home. Job Duties: Basic Needs: Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, diapering. Providing gtube dressing care. Meal Prep: Maintaining Reid’s tube feed schedule which may change when needed, setting up tube feed, accessing gtube, removing extension when feed is done and cleaning pump and bag after feeds. Routine Management: assist with transportation to daycare and medical appointments. Attend medical appointments with child. Appointments when scheduled will be consider no daycare available scheduling hours. Mobility: assist with mobilizing child in and out of bed to wheelchair, assist with transferring the child to mobility and therapy equipment when needed. Using total lift when needed. Repositioning child in bed or equipment. Pet Care: allow dog outside when needed 1-2 times a day. Back patio door only. very friendly and small, cat in home as well. Wage: 18.00/hour Frequency of Pay: weekly Hours of work: there no are guarantee hours of work if casual hire. may change when needed, if nurse is not available at daycare care hours will change, if nurse is available or child has school hours are as below. When daycare available : Monday to Friday 0500 am – 0900am ; 0400pm – 0700 pm Please note hours of work are split. If no daycare on weekday hours: Monday to Friday: 0900am - 0400pm
