Lead enterprise IAM RBAC strategy at Marsh McLennan, combining access governance expertise with global program leadership and hands-on delivery.As IAM RBAC Lead, you will establish the enterprise Role-Based Access Control framework and operating model. You will strengthen access governance, improve operational efficiency, and support secure, scalable identity and access management. The work spans IAM, Security, HR, Technology, and business stakeholders across regions.Key Responsibilities:
Lead the enterprise RBAC program across business units and regionsDefine RBAC strategy, roadmap, standards, and operating modelOversee role design, lifecycle management, certification, and governanceMonitor performance using dashboards, KPIs, KRIs, and reportingLead and develop regional employees and consultantsRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldFive or more years leading enterprise RBAC or IAM transformationsExperience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud or IdentityIQUnderstanding of identity governance, provisioning, authorization, and access managementKnowledge of NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR frameworksShape Marsh McLennan's global RBAC operating model through governance, strategy, stakeholder leadership, and measurable access management improvement.
