Lead Salesforce CRM quality assurance at ATB through test strategy, automation, and manual testing in a hybrid arrangement averaging one onsite day weekly.As ATB’s QA Lead, you will support its enterprise Salesforce Advisory CRM implementation and integrations. You will define quality standards, guide testing, and help improve code quality and speed to market. The work spans risk-based planning, test execution, automation, and collaboration across delivery teams.Key Responsibilities:
Define quality standards, test strategies, and detailed test plansBalance automated and manual testing across Salesforce deployment pipelinesDrive test automation frameworks, scripts, and management platformsSupervise execution, defect resolution, and quality metric reportingRecommend go or no-go actions from test resultsRequirements:
Seven-plus years in quality assurance and testingThree-plus years with Salesforce and nCinoComputer Science or related software development education, or equivalent experienceExperience with automated and manual testing toolsExperience managing testing lifecycles and test assetsApply Salesforce, automation, risk-based planning, and leadership to strengthen ATB’s enterprise CRM quality and delivery.
