Director Corporate Development M&A

Lead mergers and acquisitions strategy at eStruxture Data Centers, using financial modeling and valuation to guide corporate growth initiatives. This office-based role follows a Monday-to-Friday schedule.Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Director of Corporate Development leads the corporate development team. The role evaluates acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic investments, capital structures, and major asset transactions. It also supports executive and Board reporting across corporate initiatives.Key Responsibilities:
Source, evaluate, structure, and execute strategic transactionsManage commercial, financial, and operational due diligencePerform DCF, IRR, valuation, and sensitivity analysisLead capital structure planning and debt negotiationsPrepare and present quarterly Board materialsRequirements:
Eight to ten years of progressive relevant experienceTraditional M&A leadership from sourcing through closingBachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or related fieldStrong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder-management skillsCanadian market experience highly desirableBring M&A leadership, transaction expertise, valuation capability, and strategic judgment to eStruxture Data Centers’ corporate development team.
