Note: Prior experience in BFSI Public Sector or Telecom is non-negotiable .
Position Overview:
Seeking an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with a strong background in BFSI Public Sector or Telecom environments. The ideal candidate will lead DevOps initiatives and support enterprise modernization programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead DevOps initiatives supporting enterprise transformation programs.
- Support modernization initiatives for core banking payments citizen services OSS/BSS platforms billing systems charging platforms and telecom customer platforms.
- Design and maintain enterprise CI/CD platforms.
- Lead cloud automation and Infrastructure as Code implementations.
- Support telecom infrastructure network operations 5G services and enterprise digital platforms.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams supporting banking government and telecom operations.
- Implement security governance compliance and operational controls.
- Mentor engineers and promote DevOps best practices.
- Drive monitoring observability and reliability improvements.
- Support continuous delivery and operational excellence initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Senior DevOps Engineer within BFSI Public Sector or Telecom environments.
- Experience leading DevOps transformation initiatives.
- Experience supporting banking systems government platforms OSS/BSS billing charging or telecom environments.
- Strong expertise in CI/CD automation and cloud platforms.
- Experience with Azure AWS or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong understanding of governance compliance and security controls.
- Experience with Kubernetes containers and cloud-native technologies.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and DevOps tooling.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Cloud or DevOps certification preferred.
