- Mentor and coach scheduling team members
- Develop multi-year project schedules in Primavera P6
- Monitor performance and report on schedule metrics
- Identify and analyze schedule-related issues
- Create cash curves for accurate forecasting
- 3-5 years’ experience in construction for transit
- 3-8 years in planning and scheduling roles
- Proficient in reading construction drawings
- Strong prioritization and communication abilities
- Willingness to travel for job sites across Ontario
