Bilingual Senior Living Culinary Manager

Lead culinary operations at Cogir Senior Living through bilingual communication, creative menu development, and resident-focused dining leadership. Make a meaningful difference every day.
As Culinary Manager, you will manage the culinary and dining department while recruiting, training, and overseeing culinary and service professionals. You will collaborate with Executive Directors, National and Regional Culinary Managers, and residents. Your work will connect financial oversight, compliance, quality, presentation, and resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and oversee culinary and service professionals
- Manage culinary and dining department operations
- Collaborate on actionable culinary plans and execution
- Oversee financials, cost efficiency, and food costs
- Deliver diverse menus, premium ingredients, and presentation
Requirements:
- Full professional proficiency in French and English
- Several years of professional chef experience
- Prior culinary supervisory or leadership experience
- Food Safety or Food Handler’s Certification
- Post-secondary culinary management education or related field
