Intermediate/Senior Architectural Technologist Opportunity

Become a part of Claroscuro Architecture Inc. as an Intermediate or Senior Architectural Technologist, specializing in multi-family residential projects. This role emphasizes technical documentation and support through all project phases. Ideal candidates will have a robust background in producing permit and construction documents along with experience in project coordination. You will engage with consultants and contractors to drive projects forward while maintaining adherence to building codes and standards. Your role will also include site evaluations and ensuring quality in documentation. Key Responsibilities:

• Create and coordinate architectural documentation for projects
• Facilitate communication between contractors and project teams
• Conduct site visits and prepare comprehensive reports
• Review and manage technical submittals and contract documents
• Assist in office mentorship and quality assurance activities

Requirements:

• 4+ years of relevant experience in architectural technology
• Diploma in Architectural Technology or related education
• Experience with Revit and CAD in an architectural setting
• Demonstrated skills in construction documentation
• Valid driver's license for project site travel
