Innovative Process Engineer for Packaging Lines Management

In this full-time, on-site role, you'll be responsible for ensuring optimal performance across multiple packaging lines. You will engage closely with various departments including production, engineering, and external suppliers, contributing to significant CapEx projects while applying your knowledge of GMP and continuous improvement methodologies. Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators for packaging
• Lead complex problem-solving efforts across teams
• Execute Job Safety Analyses and implement risk mitigation
• Support maintenance and equipment commissioning processes
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, ideally Mechanical
• 5-8 years of experience in a regulated environment
• Proficient in mechanical design and AutoCAD
• Familiar with URS and project investment analysis
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
