First Nations Health Authority
Make an impact as a Senior Policy Analyst with the First Nations Health Authority in West Kelowna or Kamloops, BC. This hybrid role offers the chance to lead health policy initiatives and collaborate with First Nations. FNHA is seeking a Senior Policy Analyst dedicated to improving health outcomes through effective policy development and analysis. Successful candidates will have extensive experience in First Nations health governance and the ability to work closely with various stakeholders. This position requires strong leadership and analytical skills to help align initiatives with FNHA’s Health Plan. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead policy analysis and development efforts
- Collaborate strategically with First Nations and health partners
- Provide insights and advice to leadership
- Support governance engagement within regions
- Supervise and guide a professional team
- 5-7 years’ experience in policy or program development
- University degree in relevant discipline
- Strong experience with First Nations health programs
- Leadership experience required
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
