Lead AI Deployment Manager at Laivly

Take charge of complex AI deployments with Laivly as a remote Agent Deployment Manager. Your role blends technical expertise with stakeholder alignment to transform innovative ideas into operational solutions. As a senior individual contributor, you will drive end-to-end delivery of voice and agentic AI projects. This involves collaborating closely with Customer Success, engineering, and product teams while managing client expectations. Your structured approach will help map operational challenges to Laivly's advanced capabilities, ensuring alignment throughout the deployment process. Key Responsibilities:
- Own delivery of complex AI deployments from discovery to production
- Lead stakeholder interviews and workflow mapping sessions
- Facilitate solution design sessions with clients and teams
- Conduct user acceptance testing and optimize implementations
- Drive deployment plans and stakeholder communication
- 5+ years in product management or technology consulting
- Experience managing complex projects with senior stakeholders
- Strong communication and executive presence
- Technical fluency and API documentation skills
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and conversational AI
