Type: Full-Time, Monday – Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)

J. Post Haulage is a family-owned trucking company that has been a staple in the industry since 2018. We are looking for an ambitious, tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to join our busy office team in Elk Point.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage data entry, answer phones, filing, scanning, and essential paperwork.
- Coordinate the tracking and booking of safety courses; maintain organized unit and employee files.
- Support the new hire process, including orientations and ensuring training compliance meets both company and client standards.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
- High proficiency with computers is a must. Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google Workspace is an asset.
- Ability to pick up new systems and industry-specific regulations quickly.
- Capable of maintaining accuracy while working in a high-energy, fast-paced office.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License.
