Speech Language Pathologist II, Drumheller Health Centre – Drumheller, Alberta.
Job Description
- Provide clinical assessment and intervention services for children and their families in the Drumheller area.
- Deliver preventive, health‑promotion, identification, assessment, intervention, and case‑management services.
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver rehabilitation services in collaboration with patients/clients, families, healthcare professionals, and other partners.
- Lead and supervise SLP assistants and provide clinical guidance to staff.
- Use clinical expertise to inform ongoing quality improvement, service integration, and program development.
- Utilize technology to offer online therapy services.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
- Active or eligible registration and practice permit with the Alberta College of Speech Language Pathologists and Audiologists (ACSLPA).
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support – Health Care Provider (BCLS‑HCP).
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with pediatric rehabilitation.
- Experience working with SLP assistants.
- Experience working with children who have complex needs (e.g., hearing impairments, ASD, etc.).
- Experience working with children suspected or confirmed to have Childhood Apraxia of Speech.
- Experience using technology to provide online therapy services.

- FTE: 0.60 (Part‑time)
- Shift Pattern: Days; Hours per shift: 7.75; 6 shifts per cycle; Days off: Saturday/Sunday
- Salary: Minimum $47.40/hour, maximum $62.97/hour
- Vehicle Requirement: Driver’s License, Vehicle Required
- Employment Status: Temporary (P/T)
