Job Responsibility:
SPG Security Services is a leader in providing advanced security solutions, specializing in tactical operations for high-risk environments. We are currently seeking highly skilled and experienced AST Retail Guards to join our elite team on a full-time and part-time basis.

As an AST Retail Guard at SPG, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of security in retail environments. This role demands advanced skills, quick decision-making, and the ability to handle potentially dangerous situations with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct tactical patrols of retail areas to ensure maximum security
- Monitor and secure access points, verifying credentials with precision and discretion
- Respond swiftly and effectively to security breaches, thefts, and emergencies
- Execute tactical procedures during incidents, including crowd control and evacuation protocols
- Provide superior protection and customer service to clients, shoppers, and employees
- Deter theft and criminal activity through a visible presence and proactive engagement
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all security activities and incidents
- Collaborate closely with law enforcement and emergency response teams
- Conduct regular inspections and security assessments of the retail environment
- Assist in loss prevention strategies and report any suspicious activities
- Adhere to all SPG policies, tactical procedures, and legal regulations
Qualifications:
- Valid security guard license and AST certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in tactical security, law enforcement, or military service
- Proven skills in tactical response, crisis management, and emergency procedures
- Strong observational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure
- Physical fitness to perform strenuous activities and respond to emergencies
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
