Remote Support Specialist, Digital Services
CCO Trane Canada Co.
Trane Technologies is seeking a Remote Support Specialist to support Digital Services and Connected Mechanical customers. You will map and tune equipment analytics, view remote diagnostics, and perform digital inspections using Trane Connect and Command Center.
Ideal candidates have a technical diploma in building mechanics, refrigeration or industrial automation and 5+ years in a similar role, along with strong communication, math and reasoning abilities.
