Asset Servicing Business Development Director

RBC

Drive asset servicing sales growth from Toronto with RBC Investor Services, using strategic business development and client acquisition expertise. Lead enterprise opportunities across Canada.

As Director, Business Development, Asset Servicing, you will identify, develop, and implement new sales opportunities. The work combines asset servicing, custody, fund administration, and financial services knowledge. You will engage senior executives, translate product and technology strategies into actionable capabilities, and develop revenue-generating client solutions. Your territory primarily focuses on acquiring new client names.

Key Responsibilities:

Define sales growth vision across an assigned Canadian territory
Engage CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, and COOs strategically
Manage identification, engagement, strategy, and execution for opportunities
Build enterprise pipelines using RBC Investor Services capabilities
Own RFI, RFP, and proposal management processes

Requirements:

10+ years of financial services or asset servicing experience
Strong new client acquisition business development mindset
Ability to engage at C-level across prospect organizations
Sound financial services, asset management, and asset servicing knowledge
Strategic, entrepreneurial, innovative, creative, self-motivating approach
