Technical Software Project Manager

Lead complex software delivery remotely at Obsidian Systems, using technical understanding and clear communication across distributed engineering teams.As a Software Project Manager, you will own client engagements across blockchain, financial infrastructure, and distributed systems. You will translate objectives into execution plans, manage scope and dependencies, and communicate risks. The work connects engineers, technical leads, clients, and stakeholders from planning through production delivery.Key Responsibilities:
Own software projects from kickoff through delivery and closeTranslate objectives into milestones, deliverables, and execution plansPartner with engineering leads on requirements and dependenciesTrack scope, timelines, resources, risks, and project healthCommunicate trade-offs and changes to technical and non-technical audiencesRequirements:
5+ years in software or technical project managementExperience delivering complex engineering projects through completionUnderstanding of planning, development, testing, release, and productionAbility to understand technical constraints without writing production codeExperience working effectively with distributed or remote teamsApply software delivery leadership, technical fluency, and risk management to complex client engagements at Obsidian Systems.
