Lead procurement transformation at Xplore Inc., combining strategic sourcing and supplier management across Canada’s fibre, 5G, and satellite broadband business. Build a scalable capability.Reporting to the Vice President, Strategic Supplier Partnerships, the Director of Procurement will design and run procurement end to end. This senior leader will shape operating models, processes, governance, systems, and teams across network, technology, operations, and corporate spend. The mandate includes sourcing, contracting, supplier performance, risk, compliance, and measurable value delivery.Key Responsibilities:
Define Xplore’s procurement operating model, roadmap, and decision rightsImplement source-to-contract and procure-to-pay processesBuild category management, sourcing, and procurement operations capabilitiesEstablish governance, approval thresholds, policies, and reportingLead strategic sourcing, negotiations, contracting, and supplier managementRequirements:
10+ years of procurement, sourcing, or supply chain experience5+ years leading procurement functions or major category portfoliosTelecommunications or capital-intensive technology industry experienceExperience implementing procurement technology integrated with ERP platformsBachelor’s degree in a related business, technical, or financial fieldApply procurement leadership, commercial expertise, and supplier strategy to strengthen Xplore’s broadband network and national operating capability.
