Mortgage Funding Operations Lead (Hybrid)

Peoples Group in Toronto is seeking a Commercial Funding Assistant Manager to oversee day-to-day mortgage funding operations for commercial and multi-family lending from our Toronto offices. The role provides leadership, coaching, and risk-aware decision-making to ensure funding accuracy, compliance, and timely closing.

You will collaborate with Sales, Treasury, Legal Processing Services, Credit Risk, and external partners, drive process improvements, and support audit readiness while delivering
