Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy that aligns with business objectives and supports AI-driven decision making. Lead cross‑functional teams in designing, building, and deploying scalable data pipelines, machine learning models, and analytics dashboards. Partner with stakeholders to identify high‑impact use cases, prioritize projects, and translate business needs into technical solutions. Oversee data governance, quality, security, and compliance initiatives across cloud platforms (AWS/GCP). Mentor and grow a high‑performing data science and engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Requirements

10+ years of experience in data strategy, analytics, or AI leadership roles. Proven track record delivering end‑to‑end data solutions using Python, SQL, and cloud services. Robust knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and model deployment best practices. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences. Experience in the environmental or industrial services sector is a plus.
