SAP OTC expertise leads enhancement delivery for a global software company, focusing on Order Management, Billing, and Revenue Recognition.

The SAP OTC Functional SME supports implementation and completion of pending enhancements and gaps. The work spans Order-to-Cash and Record-to-Report areas, including subscriptions, renewals, and receivables. Strong functional knowledge and SFDC integration experience are central to this assignment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support implementation of SAP OTC enhancements
• Drive pending enhancements through completion
• Address gaps across OTC and RTR areas
• Support customer subscriptions, renewals, and receivables
• Apply Order Management, Billing, and Revenue Recognition expertise

Requirements:

• Thirteen-plus years as an OTC Functional SME
• Required SAP certification
• Strong SAP OTC functional knowledge and experience
• Mandatory SFDC integration experience
• Experience supporting or implementing SAP OTC enhancements
