Your new role  

As Branch Manager, you will lead a high-performing team while overseeing all day-to-day branch operations. You will be accountable for driving sales growth, profitability, market share, and asset management results across the branch.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and developing branch employees to build an engaged, motivated, and performance-driven team
  • Achieving sales, profitability, and operational targets across all departments
  • Managing branch financial performance, including account receivables in collaboration with credit leadership
  • Identifying new market segments and growth opportunities by monitoring customer activity, industry trends, and competitive pressures
  • Ensuring excellence in customer service through continuous client feedback and process improvement
  • Representing the business at industry trade shows, conventions, and professional organizations
  • Supporting performance management initiatives focused on employee growth and long-term business success
  • Providing input on future opportunities, risks, and competitive positioning

What you'll need to succeed  

  • 5+ years of experience in the heavy equipment industry
  • 3–5 years of experience in a progressively responsible management or leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of product support and cross-functional departmental operations
  • A proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong work ethic with a commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction
  • Post-secondary education (considered an asset)
