Your new role
As Branch Manager, you will lead a high-performing team while overseeing all day-to-day branch operations. You will be accountable for driving sales growth, profitability, market share, and asset management results across the branch.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing branch employees to build an engaged, motivated, and performance-driven team
- Achieving sales, profitability, and operational targets across all departments
- Managing branch financial performance, including account receivables in collaboration with credit leadership
- Identifying new market segments and growth opportunities by monitoring customer activity, industry trends, and competitive pressures
- Ensuring excellence in customer service through continuous client feedback and process improvement
- Representing the business at industry trade shows, conventions, and professional organizations
- Supporting performance management initiatives focused on employee growth and long-term business success
- Providing input on future opportunities, risks, and competitive positioning
What you'll need to succeed
- 5+ years of experience in the heavy equipment industry
- 3–5 years of experience in a progressively responsible management or leadership role
- Strong knowledge of product support and cross-functional departmental operations
- A proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong work ethic with a commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction
- Post-secondary education (considered an asset)
