Nanny Wanted - Bloor West Village Family Looking For An Occasional Nanny/Babysitter (Late Afternoon/Evenings)

Hello Hello! When it comes to a babysitter we are looking for someone who feels more like a family friend than hired help. Please read ALL the information below before sending me a message to ensure we are a good match. What we’re looking for: An experienced nanny/babysitter who can provide occasional childcare support on weekday evenings starting at 5pm. Our son is sleep trained and sleeps throughout the night so we are looking for people who would feel comfortable feeding him dinner (food will already be prepared), playing with him after dinner, doing his bedtime routine and putting him down around 7:30pm. Once he is down you would watch him via the monitor until we return home. You should definitely send me a message if:

1. You have experience working with Toddlers preferably for a client and not your own family.
2. You are passionate about age appropriate learning and play and like to be actively engaged in care.
3. You are ok commuting to west Toronto ( Bloor West Village area)
4. You are a non-smoker

• Have a background in early childhood education, nursing, or have worked in a daycare.
• You fluently know another language you’d be willing to teach.
• You have a CPR or First Aid certification

• We’re a middle aged interracial married couple and this is our first child.
• We both work in tech ( one parent in marketing and the other in consulting)
• We love food, music, travel and culture and like to share those loves with family and friends.
