RBC is seeking a Lead AI Engineer to design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions within the software development lifecycle. You will lead enterprise-scale AI integration initiatives, define best practices, and elevate the technical maturity of our engineering organization.You will collaborate across teams to implement AI-powered automation, LLM-driven workflows, and governance frameworks, ensuring secure, scalable, and maintainable systems in a 37.5-hour work week at our Toronto location.
